Create New Merge Field
Lowercase letters, numbers, underscore. E.g. last_name
The display name for users in the template editor.
Select which Bitrix24 field this key maps to.
For fields like Email or Phone, choose the Primary option unless you explicitly want all values joined together.
Define your first merge field using the form on the left.
Fields become template variables like {{ key }}.
